With over six years of experience in accounting, finance, taxation, auditing, and compliance, I have honed my skills in financial reporting, risk management, and business planning. My journey has been defined by a passion for driving strategic growth and operational excellence, ensuring that financial integrity and innovation go hand in hand.

As Finance Director at Red Fire Cuisine, I leverage my expertise in accounting, financial strategy, internal controls, and business planning to optimize performance, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance. My journey in hospitality began with a strong foundation in the industry, fueling my passion for culinary excellence. From training in Malaysia to leading kitchens at Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi, The Westin, and Melia Desert Palm Dubai, I refined my skills under world-class chefs, mastering both technique and leadership.

But my vision extended beyond the kitchen. Co-founding RedFire allowed me to bring together my expertise and creativity, shaping a dining experience that blends innovation with authenticity. With a Bachelor of Hotel Management and years of experience working with world-renowned hotel brands across Asia, the Middle East, and North America, I’ve learned that food is more than a meal—it’s an experience, a connection, and a story.
